Terms of Service

By accessing or using CORRUPTD ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform. We may update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account. CORRUPTD authenticates users through third-party OAuth providers (Google, GitHub) and does not store passwords.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account information current. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

All purchases on CORRUPTD are for digital goods (game modifications). Once a purchase is completed, you receive a license to download and use the mod for personal use. Purchases are final and non-refundable unless the mod is materially defective or does not match its description.

Download links are time-limited and encrypted for security. You may not redistribute, resell, or share downloaded files. Free mods are subject to the same usage restrictions.

To sell mods on CORRUPTD, you must apply and be approved as a Seller. Sellers must connect a valid Stripe account to receive payouts. CORRUPTD charges a platform fee (currently 15%) on each sale, which is deducted before payout to the Seller.

By listing a mod for sale, you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to distribute the content. You are solely responsible for ensuring your mods do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights, violate game publisher terms of service, or contain malicious code.

CORRUPTD reserves the right to remove any listing or suspend any Seller account at its discretion, including for violations of these terms, reports of malicious content, or intellectual property complaints.

CORRUPTD provides an in-platform messaging system for buyers to contact sellers regarding purchased mods. The following are strictly prohibited in all messages:

• Links or URLs of any kind (including shortened links)
• Phone numbers or other direct contact information
• Physical addresses or location information
• Attempts to redirect transactions or communication off-platform

Messages that violate these rules will be automatically blocked. Repeated violations may result in account suspension. All communications must remain respectful and relevant to the mod or transaction in question.

Sellers retain ownership of the mods they create and list on CORRUPTD. By listing content on the Platform, Sellers grant CORRUPTD a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote the content as part of the marketplace.

If you believe content on CORRUPTD infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us with a detailed description of the alleged infringement. We will review all claims and take appropriate action, including removing infringing content and suspending repeat offenders.

You agree not to:

• Upload mods containing malware, viruses, or malicious code
• List content you do not have the rights to distribute
• Attempt to circumvent payment or download security systems
• Use the Platform to harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Create multiple accounts to evade bans or manipulate reviews
• Scrape, crawl, or automated-access the Platform without permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit Platform infrastructure

Buyers who have purchased a mod may leave a rating and review. Reviews must be honest and based on your genuine experience with the mod. Fake reviews, review manipulation, or retaliatory reviews are prohibited and may result in account action.

As digital goods, mod purchases are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be issued at CORRUPTD's discretion in the following cases:

• The mod is materially different from its description
• The mod contains malicious code or is non-functional
• Unauthorized purchases (subject to investigation)

Refund requests should be submitted promptly. CORRUPTD reserves the right to make the final determination on all refund requests.

CORRUPTD is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that mods listed on the Platform will be compatible with your system, free of bugs, or suitable for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CORRUPTD and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to damage to your game installation, computer system, or loss of data.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Any purchased mods that have already been downloaded remain subject to their original license terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of CORRUPTD after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
